  • Questionnaire answers and wellbeing assessment responses
  • Nationality when you request relocation or visa advice
  • Job applications, cover letters, and career goals

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide AI-powered job matching
  • Deliver career coaching, CV parsing, and CV builder tools
  • Screen applications for employers using reconstructed CV text
  • Facilitate connections with employers and partners
  • Improve our platform and services

4. AI processors

When you use AI features we send relevant text to Google Gemini, which processes it as a data processor on our instructions. We redact email addresses, phone numbers, UK National Insurance numbers, and similar identifiers before the request is sent where those tools run through our AI gateway. We do not send CV photos to Gemini.
